Visiting Radio: If you wish to have a visiting radio broadcast from an Assumption University athletic event, you must notify Lauren Neilan, Assistant Director of Athletics for Communications, AT LEAST SEVEN DAYS PRIOR TO THE EVENT. Any requests inside the seven-day period will be accomodated, if possible. Thank you in advance for your professional courtesy.
Photography Policy: All photographers at Assumption University home athletic events must be approved by the Office of Athletic Communications prior to being granted access. It is requested that you contact the office at least SEVEN (7) days prior to the event for access. Accommodations can be made inside that window, but a seven-day period is preferred.
In addition, ONLY credentialed photographers will be allowed to photograph within the playing surface at Assumption athletic events. If you are traveling to Assumption with a visiting team, we will need to have notice from that institution that you are their official designated photographer for that event. Otherwise, you will not be permitted onto the playing surface.
Parents and others who are not contracted photographers with either participating institutions or the league office will not be allowed onto the playing surface under any circumstances. This is a liability issue and will not be permitted.
