2018 Cross Country:  Co-Captain… Selected to the USTFCCA Division II All-Academic Team… Competed in five races for the Hounds during the season… Ran a personal best time of 35:51.8 in the 6.21 mile at the NCAA Division II East Region Cross Country Championships… Ran a personal best time of 26:56.0 in the 8K at the NE10 Cross Country Championships… Placed 34th at the 6th Annual Bruce Kirsh Cross Country Cup with a time of 26:57.9 in the 8K.

2017 Cross Country: Competed in six races over the season… Ran the 8K with a season-best time of 27:18.0 at the Paul Short White Meet… At the NCAA DII East Region Cross Country Championship he ran the 10K in a season-best time of 36:47.5.

2016 Cross Country: Selected on to the NE10 Fall and Spring Commissioner’s Honor Roll… Competed in six races for the Hounds… Ran the 8K in a season-best 27:49.6 at the Northeast-10 Cross Country Championships placing second within the team and 66th overall… At the NCAA Division II East Region Cross Country Championships, he ran the 10K with a time of 34:48.2 placing fourth within the team and 78th overall.

2015 Cross Country: At the NCAA Division II East Region Cross County Championships, he ran the 10K in 35:31.5… Ran the 4.97m in 28:15.3 at the Northeast-10 Men's Cross Country Championships.

Prior to Assumption: Ran cross country and played tennis and basketball at Massabesic High School... Member of the 2012 cross country team that won the Maine State Championship... Named to the 2012 SMAA Regional Second Team... Named to the SMAAA Regional First Team in 2013 and 2014... Ran a 16:35 PR in the 5K... Active in the community, volunteering at road races, basketball and tennis youth camps and with Special Olympics basketball.
