2018 Cross Country:  Competed in four races for the Hounds during the season… Placed 77th at the NE10 Cross Country Championships with a time of 27:27.6 in the 8K… Finished 52nd at the Shawn M. Nassaney Memorial Invitational with a personal best time of 27:08.5 in the 8K. 

2017 Cross Country: Competed in five races over the season… Ran the 8K with a season-best time of 26:51.9 at the Paul Short White Meet… At the NCAA DII East Region Cross Country Championship he ran the 10K in a season-best time of 35:35.6.

2016 Cross Country: Competed in six races over the season… At the Paul Short – White Invitational, he ran a season-best 27:03.7 in the 8K placing second within the team and 26th overall… Ran the 10K in 34:42.7 at the NCAA Division II East Region Cross Country Championships.

Prior to Assumption: Ran cross country and track & field at Cumberland High School... Was named first-team all Northern-Division and third-team All-Class A in cross country his senior year... Was a major key in his team winning its 17th Northern Division title in a row... Served as captain of the cross country and indoor track & field team his senior year... Received a first and two second-team All-Divisions in indoor track & field, while also receiving second-team All-Class and second-team All-State honors his senior year... In outdoor track & field, Mardo received three first-team All-Divisions and helped his team set three school records.

Personal: Son of Thomas and Kaela... Has three brothers, Ryan, Jack and Peter... Born on Feb. 23.
