2018 Cross Country:  Competed in one race during the season… Placed 15^th at the Shawn M. Nassaney Memorial Invitational with a personal best time of 28:26.3 in the 8K.

2017 Cross Country: Competed in five races over the season… Ran the 8K in a season-best time of 28:11.2 at the UMass Dartmouth Cross Country Invitational.

2016 Cross Country: Selected on to the NE10 Fall Commissioner’s Honor Roll… Competed in four races over the season… Ran the 8K in a season-best 28:36.5 at the Stonehill Skyhawk Invitational.

Prior to Assumption: Ran cross country and track at La Salle Institute… Was First Team Colonial Council Cross Country in 2015 and Second Team Big 10 Cross Country in 2013.

Personal: Son of Richard and Noreen Coughlin... Has six siblings, Liam (29), Eamonn (23), Niall (20), Griffin (17), Ronan (15), and Sinead (12)…. Born Jan. 6.
