Women's Track and Field Questionnaire

The Assumption College track and field programs have continued to rise through the standings in the Northeast-10 Conference, the region and nationally. The Hounds qualified individuals for the NCAA Division II National Championships in each of the last four years, including three All-Americans over the last two seasons!

Below are some of the program highlights since 2014, as the Hounds have risen to become one of the top programs in the entire region!

2017-2018 Indoor & Outdoor Seasons:
- Antonia Pagliuca became the 1st First-Team All-American in school history, taking 8th in the 10K at NCAA Outdoor Championships
- Abby Jones earned Second-Team All-American honors in the Heptathlon at the NCAA Outdoor Championships
- Abby Jones took 12th in the Pentathlon at the NCAA DII Indoor Championships
- Finished program-best 4th at NE10 Indoor Championships
- Finished program-best 3rd at NE10 Outdoor Championships
- Seven individual NE10 Champions during the season
- 12 USTFCCCA All-Region Honorees during outdoor season
- 9 USTFCCCA All-Region Honorees during indoor season
- Broke 26 school records during the 2017-18 school year

2016-2017 Indoor and Outdoor Seasons:

Finished a program best third at the NE10 Outoor Championships Championship
- Seven members of the Hounds named to the USTFCCCA All-Region Team
- Greta Scott named Second-Team All-American after placing ninth at the NCAA National Championship in the 400 meter dash
- Rachel Avard was named to the CoSIDA Academic All-District Team for her success in competition and in the classroom
- Matched the best finish in program history with a seventh place finish at the NE10 Indoor Championship Championship
- Abby Jones and Antonia Pagliuca were named All-Region during Indoor season.

2015-2016 Indoor and Outdoor Seasons:
- The women's team placed sixth in the NE-10 Championship, the top finish in program history.
- Megan Perrin qualified for the NCAA Division II National Championship in the javelin after winning her second straight Division II New England Championship.
- Abby Jones - NE-10 Field Rookie of the Year
- Six USTFCCCA All-Region selections
- Antonia Pagliuca - NE-10 10,000-meter champion
- Gwen Sawyer - NE-10 Shot Put champion
- Megan Perrin won the NE-10 Championship and Division II New England Championship in the javelin.
- Eight USTFCCCA All-Region selections

2014-2015 Indoor & Outdoor Seasons:
- Two USTFCCCA All-Region selections
- Gwen Saywer - NE-10 Shot Put champion and NE-10 Field Rookie of the Year
