WORCESTER, Mass. – Following a 3-0 win over the Bloomfield Bears last week, Alexis Stowell (Franklin, Mass. / Franklin) has earned Northeast-10 Defensive Player of the Week.
Stowell scored one goal during her team's win and produced a team-high five shots. Her goal came at the 86:35 mark in which she made a cut to the net and put home a one-timer for her first score of the season. Stowell also anchored her team's defensive unit that held the Bears to only six total shots during that game.
The Hounds will host American International this Friday, September 13, at 7 p.m.
