Women's Lacrosse Tabbed 15th in Final IWLCA Division II Coaches Poll

WORCESTER, Mass. - The Assumption College women's lacrosse team was ranked 15th in the final 2020 Intercollegiate Women's Lacrosse Coaches Association (IWLCA) Division II Coaches Poll, as announced by the association on Thursday afternoon.

The Hounds finished the 2020 season with a 3-0 record. They beat Southern Connecticut State in NE10 action, 19-6 and Molloy, 10-4 in their final two games.

Senior Emily Spath (Franklin, Mass. / Franklin) led the team over the three games with 17 points from nine goals and eight assists. Sophomore Allie Collins (Natick, Mass. / Natick) earned NE10 Goalkeeper of the Week honors in week three of the season. She made 11 saves in the victory over Southern Connecticut and 10 saves in the win over Molloy.
