WORCESTER, Mass. – Freshman Allie Collins (Natick, Mass. / Natick) was selected as the NE10 Goalkeeper of the Week following a pair of strong performances last week, as announced by the NE10 on Tuesday afternoon.
Collins was impressive in net, posting a 54.0 percent save percentage and an 11.50 GAA in a 1-1 week. The freshman made 13 saves and allowed 13 goals in a loss to No. 19 Pace, however, she rebounded with a career-high 14 saves with ten goals allowed in a 19-10 win over Franklin Pierce.
This marks the first time Collins has earned NE10 weekly honors in her career. Senior Sarah Reilly (Fairfield, Conn. / Fairfield-Warde) was named NE10 Player of the Week earlier this season. To view the complete list of honorees, click here.
