2019-20 Indoor Track:

  • Named NE10 Field Athlete of the Year
  • Named to the USTFCCCA All-East Region Team
  • Qualified for NCAA's
  • Won the high jump with 2.11 meters for a new personal best at the NE10 Championships while taking second in the 60-meter hurdles in 8.49 seconds
  • Took third in the high jump (1.96m) at the URI Coaches Tribute Invitational
  • Set a new personal record in the 60-meter hurdles in 8.42 seconds in the preliminaries of the NEICAAA Championships while he took second in the high jump with 2.09m
  • Set a personal best in the preliminaries of the 55-meter hurdles in 7.85 seconds at the USM Invite and went on to take fourth in 7.94 seconds
  • Won the high jump with 2.09 meters at the URI Sorlien Invitational
  • Won the high jump (2.02m) and took third in the 60-meter hurdles in 8.44 at the Brown ALden Invitation

2019 Outdoor Track:

  • Named to the USTFCCCA All-Region Team for the high jump and the decathlon
  • Named NE10 Field Athlete of the Week
  • Set a personal best in the 200 meter dash with a time of 23.20 at the Black and Gold Invitational (3/29-3/30)
  • Won the decathlon with a total of 6,444 points at the SCSU Northeast Combined Events Challenge (4/11-4/12), which also set a new school record
  • Set a new school record in the high jump with a height of 2.01 meters at the Northeast Combined Events Challenge (4/11) while taking first in the event
  • Won the decathlon with 6,292 points at the NE10 Championships

2018-19 Indoor Track:

  • Named to the USTFCCCA All-Region Team for both the heptathlon and the high jump
  • Named NE10 Field Athlete of the Week
  • Placed 2nd in the heptathlon with 4,659 points at the NE10 Championships (2/16)

2018 Outdoor Track:

  • Earned United States Track and Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) All-Region honors in both long jump and the decathlon
  • Placed fifth at NEICAAA Outdoor Track and Field Championships (5/11) in the Decathlon with 6010 points
  • Placed second in the Decathlon at the NE10 Championships (5/4) with 6099 points, a personal best.   

2017-18 Indoor Track:

  • Earned United States Track and Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) All-Region honors in  high jump
  • Won silver at the NE10 Championships (2/17) in the high jump with a height of 1.99 m
  • Finished fourth at the NEICAAA Indoor Track and Field Championships (2/02) in high jump with a height of 2.09 m
2017 Outdoor Track: Placed 1st in the high jump at the NE10 Championship... Achieved a collegiate best of 16.95 in the 100H. 
 
2016-17 Indoor Track: At the NE-10 championship, he won the high jump with a height of 1.99m… Set the school record in the heptathlon at the Tufts Stampede and Multi with 4212 points to place second… Set the school record in high jump at the Tufts Stampede and Multi with a height of 2.02m… Part of the school record 4x400m relay team that placed 10th at the NEICAAA championships with a time of 3:21.61… Had 11 top-ten finishes during the season.
 
Prior to Assumption: Member of the soccer, basketball and track & field teams at Nipmuc Regional High School… Named to the Worcester Telegram and Gazette Super Team 5x and Athlete of the Year once. Named to the Milford Daily News All Stars 4x. Was 6x All-Conference and 3x All-State honoree. 3x All-State champion in the high jump, 5x Division State Champion in the high jump, 2x runner up in the New England Championship in the high jump… Volunteered at the senior citizen fall clean up.
