2019-20 Indoor Track:

• Named to the USTFCCCA All-East Region team
• Set a personal best in the heptathlon with a second-place finish with 4,758 points at the NE10 Championships
• Finished 7th in the high jump (1.86m), 14th in the 60-meter hurdles (9.11) and 16th in the long jump (5.87m) at the URI Coaches Tribute Invitational
• Placed 6th in the heptathlon at the NEICAAA Championships with 4,592 total points
• Claimed 9th in the long jump (5.92m) and 10th in the 55-meter hurdles (8.43) at the USM Invite
• Took 8th in the high jump (1.86m), 18th in the long jump (6.01m) and 20th in the 60-meter hurdles (9.29) at the URI Sorlien Invitational
• Finished third in the heptathlon with 4,175 poitns at the Brandeis Reggie Poyau Invitational

2019 Outdoor Track: 

• Named to the USTFCCCA All-Region Team for the decathlon 
• Set personal bests in the 200 meter dash (24.35) and the 400 meter dash (52.14) at the Black and Gold Invitational (3/29-3/30)
• Finished 4th at the Merrimack Meet (4/18) in the 400 meter hurdles in a time of 59.13
• Placed 5th in the decathlon with 6,224 points at the NEICAAA Championships (5/10)
• Contributed to the new school record in the 4x200 relay at the Coastal Carolina Invitational (3/8) where the team finished third in a time of 1:33.12

2018-19 Indoor Track:

• Named USTFCCCA All-Region for the decathlon 
• Finished 7th in the high jump with a height of 1.93 meters at the Spartan Invitational (1/11)
• Finished 7th in the shot put with 12.63 meters and 5th in the 55 meter hurdles with a time of 8.29 seconds at the USM III (1/26)
• Placed 3rd in the heptathlon with 4,663 points at the NEICAAA Championships (2/1-2/2), which set a new school record

2018 Outdoor Track:

• Earned NE10 Rookie of the Week (4/25)
• Placed seventh at the Skyhawk Invitational (4/28) in the Long Jump
• Won gold  in the Triple Jump at the Assumption-Merrimack Meet (4/21) with a distance of 13.47 m

2017-18 Indoor Track:

• Earned All-Region honors from the U.S. Track and Field and Cross Country Coaches Association for Heptathlon
• Broke school record with a point total of 4614 in Heptathlon
• Won silver at the NE10 Indoor Championships (2/17) in the Heptathlon with 4614 points, a personal best
• Finished fourth at the URI Multi-Event Qualifier (1/17)  in the Heptathlon with 4260 points

Prior to Assumption: Played ice hockey, lacrosse, ran cross country, indoor & outdoor track at Barnstable High School…Top of league in the 400m, 4x400m, long jump, 110mh, 55mh, and triple jump in indoor track and outdoor track for the past two years…Division 1 champion in the pentathlon in outdoor track 2017 and the runner-up in 2016…Division 2 runner-up in the long jump in indoor track 2017…Division 2 fourth place in the 55mh in indoor track 2017… Sixth place All-State pentathlon outdoor track 2017…Fifth place All-State pentathlon outdoor track 2016…2nd place Mass South state decathlon outdoor track 2017…Barnstable High school record holder in 110mh (15.19)…indoor pentathlon (3218)… outdoor pentathlon (3074)… decathlon variant (TJ) (5848).
