2017 Outdoor Track: Placed third in the 800m at the MIT Sean Collier Invitational... Ran a collegiate best in the 200m in a time of 23.65... Placed 5th at the NE10 Champs in the 400m.
 
2016-17 Indoor Track: Won the NE-10 Championship in the 500m with a school-record time of 1:05.04… Finished first in the 600m with a career-best time of 1:24.60 at the Pioneer Invitational… Part of the 4x400 relay that placed tenth at the NEICAAA Championship with a time of 3:21.61 and set a new school record… Part of the DMR relay that set a new school record with a time of 10:31.51 at the John Thomas Terrier Classic.
 
2016 Outdoor Track: Placed 32nd in the 800m at the NEICAAA Outdoor Track and Field Championships with a time of 2:01.72… Had a season-best 400m at the Bridgewater State University Invitational, finishing in first place with a time of 51.79… Finished first in the 800m at the Stonehill Skyhawk Invite with a time of 1:55.23… Had nine top-10 finishes during the outdoor season, including four first place finishes.

2015-16 Indoor Track: At the Northeast-10 Indoor Track and Field Championships, he ran a career-best 500m with a time of 1:06.49, good for sixth place in the event… Ran a career-best 800m at the 48th NEICAAA Indoor Track and Field Championships with a time of 1:54.76, placing 22nd in the event…Finished second in the 600m at the Beynon Invitational with a personal-best time of 1:24.81… Had nine top-10 finishes during the indoor season. 

2015 Cross Country: Ran the 10K in 37:08.5 at the NCAA Division II East Region Cross Country Championships.

2015 Outdoor Track: Named to the Spring 2015 Assumption College Student-Athlete Honor Roll... Did not compete.

2014-2015 Indoor Track: Ran 4:43.64 in the mile at the UMass Boston Invitational in December.

2014 Cross Country: Finished 54th at the Shacklette Invitational in a time of 30:53.1 in his lone race of his freshman season.

Prior to Assumption: Ran cross country and track and field at Martha's Vineyard Regional High School... Three-time EAC 800-meter champion in 2012, 2013 and 2014... MIAA Division 4 800-meter Champion in 2013... Ran PR's of 50.83 in the 400, 1:56.74 in the 800 and 16:16 in the 5K.

Personal: Son of Richard Tarter and Mary Alley... Has three siblings, Talia Rogers, Anastasia Thibodeau and Lauren Simmons... His dad ran cross country and track at Iona College.
