2014-2015 Indoor Track: Ran a time of 10:02.99 at the UMass Boston Indoor Invitational.

2014 Cross Country: Finished in 41st place at the Shacklette Invitational in 29:51.8... Finished 110th in 29:20.49 at the National Catholic Championship... Placed 23rd at the Worcester City Championship, crossing in 30:31.

2014 Outdoor Track: Opened the season with a time of 17:01.45 in the 5,000 meters at the Bridgewater State Invitational... Cut his time down to a collegiate best of 16:37.61 in the 5,000 meters at the Stonehill Skyhawk Invite to close out the season.

2013-2014 Indoor Track: Ran a time of 4:57.25 in the mile at the UMass Boston Indoor Invitational... Was a member of the 4x800 relay team that placed fourth at the Springfield College Indoor Meet in a time of 8:35.55.

2013 Cross Country: Placed 41st at the Shacklette Invitational in 29:44... Finished 110th at the Northeast-10 Championship in a time of 29:15... Placed 38th at the UMass Dartmouth Invitational in 29:19.7.

Prior to Assumption: Ran cross country and track at Bishop Feehan High School... Varsity cross country runner in 2011... Four-time EAC All-Conference in both cross country and track from 2010-2013... Was a varsity team member for his last three seasons... Volunteered with the Boy Scouts for a Crop Walk Fundraiser and through another Eagle Scout project.
