2016-17: Helped her team capture 4th place in the 400 Medley Relay as well as 6th in the 400 Free relay at Gompei's Invitational... Swam a personal best time in the 100 and 200 Breastroke at the NE10 Championships in a time of 1:08.84 and 2:27.91 respectively.

2015-16: Finished second in the 200 breaststroke at the Worcester City Championships with a season-best time of 2:34.28… Helped her team place ninth in the 200 Freestyle Relay at the Gompei Invitational with a time of 1:42.98.

Prior to Assumption: Competed for Stoneham High School... Also swam for Melrose YMCA, Woburn BGC, and the Northshore Swim Club... Was a Middlesex League All-Star.

Personal: Daughter of Thomas and Karen Day... Born on August 24... Has three siblings, Jamie (27), Courtney (24), and Mackenzie (16)... A family member Stacy Mattioli graduated from Assumption College... She volunteered as a teacher's aid in a kindergarten classroom.
