Morgan earns the honor for the third time this season after claiming two first-place victories among division I competition that included a new school record this weekend. She also posted top-15 times in the nation in all three of her individual events.

Following the competition on Saturday, Morgan ranked sixth in the nation in division II with her new program-record time of 2:07.38 in the 200 IM. She placed first in the 400 IM with her time of 4:32.11 for ninth in the country and finished the 200 backstroke in 2:06.15, good for third place and 13th overall in division II in the country.

Quirk earns her fourth NE-10 Rookie of the Week honor this week after breaking two Assumption records while securing a first-place time in division II in the country. She touched the wall in 17:22.60 in the 1,650 freestyle, a time that not only shatters the previous Assumption record (17:39.34), but also ranked her as the fastest 1,650 freestyle swimmer in the nation in division II as of Saturday.

In addition to her impressive 1,650 freestyle time, she also posted a 1,000 freestyle split time within the 1,650 event of 10:29.61. The time breaks her own Assumption record in the 1,000 freestyle and also ranked her 12th in the nation as of Saturday.

The Hounds are scheduled to return to action Friday, December 4, at the WPI Gompei Invitational for a three-day event.
