WORCESTER, Mass. – The Assumption University baseball team saw its conference postseason run come to an end at the Northeast-10 Conference Tournament against Southern New Hampshire. After forcing a winner-take-all championship game by earning a 4-3 victory over the Penmen, the Greyhounds dropped the second matchup of the day between the schools by a 13-4 decision.

WORCESTER, Mass. – With help from his defense, Shea Ryan (North Chelmsford, Mass.) threw a no-hitter as the Assumption University baseball team defeated Le Moyne by a 4-0 score to stay alive in the Northeast-10 Conference Tournament on Thursday at Rocheleau Field. The Greyhounds also dropped a 9-3 decision to Adelphi earlier in the day.
RINDGE, N.H. – Junior Jack Choate (North Grafton, Mass.) fanned 18 in leading the Assumption University baseball team to a 2-0 win over Franklin Pierce in the opening round of the Northeast-10 Conference Tournament on Tuesday evening at Pappas Field. With the victory, the Greyhounds earned the right to host the championship round of the league’s annual postseason event beginning on Thursday.
