2018: Appeared in 46 games at first base for the Hounds during his graduate year... Batted .246 (42-for-171) with five doubles, two triples, four home runs, 18 runs and 37 RBI... Drew nine walks to help register a .307 on base percentage while also slugging .368... In a split with Nyack he went 4-for-10 with a pair of RBI... Finished 2-for-4 with a double, two runs and two RBI in a win over Queens... Recorded his first home run in a win over Saint Anselm, when he went 3-for-6 with a double, home run, and five RBI... In a series sweep over Saint Rose he finished with two doubles and six RBI... Went 4-for-9 with two triples, two runs and seven RBI in a split with Bentley... Tallied a 2-for-3 effort with a home run, double and two RBI in a loss to Saint Michaels... Finished the season on a tear, recording six multi-hit efforts in the final ten games, going 14-for-38 (.368) with two triples, two home runs, 15 RBI and seven runs.

2017: Appeared in 42 games at first base for the Hounds... Recorded a career high batting average of .309 (51-for-165) to go with four homeruns, three doubles, 23 runs scored and 32 RBI... Drew ten walks to help register a .377 on base percentage while also slugging .400 on the year... Tallied his first multi-hit game of the year in the season opener against Mansfield, going 2-for-5 with two runs and two RBI (2/25)... Named NCBWA East Region Hitter of the Week for the week ending March 5th after hitting .533 (8-for-15) with two home runs, four RBI and four runs scored to lead Assumption to a 3-1 week.... Registered a hit in every game of the week, posting a multi-hit effort in every game but one, while scoring multiple runs in every game but two... Opened the week going 3-for-4 with two runs scored in a 7-0 win over Rollins College, and followed up that performance finishing 2-for-4 with two RBI in an 8-6 win over Nyack... In the final game of the week, Byrne went 2-for-4, mashing his first two home runs of the season in a 7-4 victory over NE10 foe Saint Anselm... Followed up that performance with a 4-for-5 game against Concordia with a double, a run scored and two RBI in a 8-4 win (3/6)... Had a streak of four consecutive multi-hit games and multi-hit games in six out of eight games in April, going 13-for-34 (.382) with five runs, eight RBI and a homerun over the course of the eight games... Went 3-for-5 with a homerun, three RBI and a run scored in a loss to nationally ranked Southern New Hampshire (4/29)... Closed out the season going 4-for-6 with a pair of runs and RBI in a 14-2 victory over Bentley (5/7).

2016: Started all 44 games at first base for the Hounds… Finished the season with a .235 batting average, recording 38 hits in 162 at-bats… Finished third on the team with 26 runs batted in while also scoring 19 runs… Finished with eight doubles and three home runs while walking 13 times on the year… Led the team with 377 put outs and 19 assists in the field while posting a .988 fielding percentage … Had nine multi-hit games on the year including a 4-for-5 performance on 3/19/16 vs American International… Recorded his first collegiate home run on 3/11/16 vs Concordia.

2015: Started all three games he appeared in… Had two hits in seven at-bats…Two runs batted in and a 2-for-3 game on 2/21 vs. Florida Tech to start the season… Limited to three games due to injury.

2014: Appeared in seven games in the field and six games as a pitcher... Appeared in his first career game at Palm Beach Atlantic as the starting first baseman, going 2-for-2 with one RBI and one run scored... Had two multi-hit games, including a 2-for-4 outing with three runs batted in and a double at Southern New Hampshire on 4/13... Finished with a .261 batting average on six hits, two runs scored and eight runs batted in... Had 16 putouts and three fielding assists... As a pitcher, he made six appearances with a 4.82 earned run average in 9.1 innings pitched... Opponents hit just .219 as he picked up four strikeouts... Made his first career start vs. Saint Rose on 4/6... Ended his season with four straight scoreless relief appearances, including three hitless outings in his last three appearances.

Prior to Assumption: High school team went 22-3 in 2012 and made the district championship and went 18-6 in 2013 and made semifinals... Also played hockey... Hit 10 high school home runs, including seven while with the varsity... Volunteered for four years with You Inc. while in high school.
