Assumption To Hold Greyhound Pride Challenge Feb. 28 - Mar. 1

WORCESTER, Mass. - Assumption College Interim Director of Athletics, Christine Lowthert is pleased to announce the fifth annual Greyhound Pride Challenge will take place from February 28th through March 1st.

During the first four years, the Pride Challenge raised over $320,000 from over 1,200 different donors. This year the goal is to raise $75,000 dollars for the Pride Challenge from over 800 donors. The Challenge gives 100% of your donation to the team of your choice.

"Each day our student-athletes strive to become leaders, win championships, and earn degrees.  It is our mission to help provide them the resources to achieve their goals and prepare them for life after Assumption," said Lowthert. "The Greyhound Pride Challenge invites our alumni to be a part of that mission, and help develop our student-athletes and enhance their experience.  All of the donations made go directly to each program to assist with new competition opportunities, new training equipment, or to address their individual team needs to graduate champions".

Alumni who would like to update their contact information ahead of the Pride Challenge can do so by clicking here. This will assure the correct information will be used to contact each person during the weekend.
