WORCESTER, Mass. – The Assumption Department of Athletics has announced the Hound Nation Rewards Program which will allow student to earn prizes for attending athletic events.
"We're excited to re-launch our Hound Nation app with a new point system," said Nick Smith, director of athletics. "This app provides a great opportunity for our fans and students to continue to support our athletic teams while also winning prizes just by checking in on the app when they attend home events."
To begin to earn prizes, students start by downloading the app and filling out the registration information. Once they are in the Hound Nation App system they will be able to check in at games and events to receive points. Each home contest this season will be worth ten points, and special event games will be worth 20. Once a student hits a specific threshold they will be able to claim their prizes once a month, as announced by the Athletic Department on social media. To review the complete reward system see below.
Features on the HOUND NATION app also include an events calendar, a leaderboard – which showcases where fans rank overall among everyone and also their own teams/groups – a social media stream, and links to Assumption athletics page and video broadcasts.
